44bba Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities on Our Platform

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "44bba" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service operated at 44bba.io, including all pages, subdomains, mobile-optimised views, and associated software.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered, or is in the process of registering, an Account on 44bba.

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility & Registration

By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. 44bba takes age verification seriously and will request supporting documentation — such as a national identity card, passport, or driving licence — at any stage of your account lifecycle.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on 44bba. Opening duplicate, secondary, or otherwise related accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All associated accounts may be suspended, and balances may be voided.

3.3 Geographic Eligibility

44bba is intended for use by players located in Bangladesh and other jurisdictions where access to such services is permitted by local law. 3.4 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. 4 Account Management

4.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account while using your credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or by an unauthorised person.

4.2 Security Notifications

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or if your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify 44bba support immediately. 44bba will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure the Account pending the outcome of that investigation.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

44bba operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible platform standards. You may be required to provide documentary evidence of your identity, age, and payment method at any point — including, but not limited to, prior to your first withdrawal, if unusual account activity is detected, or as part of a routine compliance review. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting 44bba support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method after the completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus Funds not yet converted to real money are non-refundable upon voluntary account closure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Own Funds Only

Deposits must be made from payment accounts and cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including those made from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned, and the receiving Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within one to three hours, subject to KYC verification status and the volume of pending requests at the time. Bank transfers may take up to three business days. 44bba does not charge withdrawal processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your 44bba Account. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bet credits, reload offers, and seasonal promotions offered by 44bba are subject to specific terms stated at the point of offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game categories, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times (e.g., 30x) before they become eligible for withdrawal as real money. Unless stated otherwise, sports bets placed at odds below 1.50 (decimal) do not count towards wagering requirements. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

44bba employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements, using VPNs or proxy services to access region-restricted offers, and coordinating with other users to exploit promotional mechanics. Detection of bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and may result in permanent account closure.

6.4 Promotional Amendments

44bba reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are available for a limited time only and are subject to change without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion prior to any modification will be subject to the original terms at the time of opt-in, except where the modification is required for legal or regulatory compliance.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Placement and Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation that it has been accepted. 44bba reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its discretion without providing a reason. If a bet is not accepted — for example, due to a market suspension or odds change during live in-play betting — the stake will be returned to your Account balance.

7.2 Palpable Errors

In the event that odds, lines, or market information are displayed as a result of a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, 44bba reserves the right to void any bets placed at those erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bets have already been settled. Players will be notified of voids and stakes will be returned.

7.3 Match Voidance

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum time required for the market to be settled (as defined by sport-specific rules), bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned. 7.4 In-Play Betting

Live in-play markets are offered at 44bba's discretion and may be suspended or removed at any time. Odds during in-play betting are subject to rapid change. 44bba is not responsible for any communications or technology delays that may affect the timing of in-play bet placement relative to the actual state of the game.

8 Casino Game Rules
